HR and Recruitment Manager in Tech Company

One of our private clients is looking for an HR and Recruitment Manager to oversee a team of 4 in an expanding Tech company with a recruitment platform. You will be responsible for working with HR departments to develop their strategies for recruitment, selling on-line training and development courses. You will need the ability to scope opportunities with companies who have flexible working policies, research and prepare market analysis and develop a team that manage an expanding job board platform. A strong knowledge of HR and Recruitment is essential, as well as a strategic and product developing mindset. Minimum 5 years experience. £65,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
