Our client, a Management Consultancy Firm based in Canary Wharf is looking for an Administrative Assistant to start ASAP. You need to be immediately available!

The main duties of the Administrative Assistant are:

  • Manage the more complex calendar for assigned Directors
  • Plan and schedule meetings and proactively follow up on emails
  • Booking travel and accommodation for more complex trips
  • Prepare expense reports when required
  • Assist with basic document formatting (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Maintaining the filing system
  • Any other ad hoc duties that may be required

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, secretarial degree, or equivalent 1- 3 years of relevant secretarial work experience gained in a professional services or multinational companies. You need to have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, strong attention to detail, highly organised, strong team player and able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-orientated environment. You need to be confident, professional and reliable, flexible and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
