A lovely financial advisory firm are looking for a Receptionist to join their team. You will be based in really fantastic offices in Mayfair and be on reception along with one other.
The Role
The role will be varied. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting, managing meeting rooms, providing refreshments for guests and booking visitors on system, as well as other duties such as assisting the Personal Assistant to the Founder.

The Candidate
The successful candidate does not need a huge amount of experience. You just need to be bright, welcoming and personable. This really is a great firm and you would be working with a team of professional, friendly and fun colleagues. You must be very well presented with great interpersonal skills.

- Distributing post
- Dealing with day-to-day client queries
- Presentation production/formatting
- Booking restaurants
- Assisting other team members with anything that they need
