About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our General Counsel (GC) and Corporate Legal Services Team (CLS). This is a role which will require you to provide high quality executive support to GC and the team, and will see you involved in a range of activities including organising busy diaries, paying invoices and keeping a record of payments, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, co-ordinating and providing administrative support for meetings and workshops, and supporting the general delivery of high quality legal support to the organisation, to strict deadlines.
About you
You will need to be highly efficient, friendly and capable, with the ability to manage the team’s adherence to deadlines and support the delivery of high quality in-house legal support to a large organisation. You should be able to demonstrate relevant experience which will enable you to perform this role to a high standard, and to provide appropriate support for the GC team’s business and budget management and planning. Excellent oral and written skills are essential, as is the ability to use Excel.
