Personal Assistant

Creative communications agency with a global reach working with some well known household FMCGs seeks an experienced and savvy individual to ensure the smooth running of agency life.  The role title is PA however there is so much more to this post then just running the design studio as the organisation takes time and pride in who they employ and expect the team to act as ambassadors for the agency, internally and externally, offer proactive solutions/recommendations for how the agency can become better. 

The ideal candidate will possess a couple of years experience gained from working within an office environment, be professional and efficient with strong administration skills and excellent communication confidence.  A main part of the role is to manage the executive management team diaries and travel as well as assisting with HR and marketing therefore a forward thinking creatively minded individual would be best suited to join this busy studio.
