My client are a European Asset Management firm with offices and hubs all over the globe. They make long term investments in companies with the goal of transforming their performance and driving growth. They are now looking to expand their support network by taking on an Executive assistant. Description
As the Executive Assistant the key responsibilities include;
- Extensive diary management and complex international travel arrangement
- Organisation of meeting rooms, including equipment, catering and managing IT support
- Screening telephone calls and acting as the gatekeeper for the Managing director and the wider team
- Establishing and maintaining staff and client relationships
- General administration duties including filing, faxing, photocopying and binding documents
- Any other ad-hoc duties required by the team
Profile
The successful candidate will require;
- Extensive prior experience working as an Executive Assistant
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Prior experience working within financial services is essential
- Effective planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player and can-do attitude
Job Offer
The successful candidate will be paid between £36,000 and £40,000 depending on experience levels. The Executive Assistant role will require a fast thinking and flexible personality, a great opportunity for someone looking to take on a new challenge and based in the city of London.
