A brand new Co Working Space is looking for a proactive personal Operations Manager to join their successful team based in Peckham to providing high-level management for a new Co Work Space.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy Operation Manager role with lots of variety and scope to develop further, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:
  • Ownership over budgets, cash flow, finances
  • Management of Contracts for facilities/suppliers
  • Liaising with clients around contract negotiations, amendments, arrears
  • Working closely with the Community Manager to assist with viewings and dealing with client issues.
  • Expense management
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar Management role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

Essential requirements:
  • 5 years’ experience as an Operations Manager
  • Experience in Serviced Offices, Co-Working, Facilities management, High End Hospitality.
  • Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
  • Proactive nature
  • Good use of initiative
  • Efficient problem solver
  • High attention to detail

This role will pay up to £45k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus.
