Description

Key responsibilities for the Executive Assistant to Regional VP - Global FMCG brand in West London include:

- Proactive and complex diary management for the VP

- Arranging complex international travel, including visas, flights, trains and hotels

- Producing a range of reports and presentations in preparation for meetings

- Ensuring that the VP is prepared for all meetings with documents and agendas, taking minutes

- Raising PO's and processing expenses

- Inbox management for the VP whilst travelling

- Following up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a confidential nature

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the VP

- Ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful Executive Assistant will be/will have:

- At least 3-4 years experience supporting in a similar role

- A real self-starter, able to work effectively as part of a remote team

- Meticulous attention to detail

- Very strong interpersonal skills, ability to build credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Proven ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion

- Pro-active and uses initiative

- Highly competent across MS office
