The part time role of Office Manager is to provide general admin support to a growing independent cinema chain.

The role is 9-5 daily spread over 4 days a week with potential to be increased to 5 for the right candidate.

Client Details

The client is a growing independent cinema chain with a head office located in West-End London looking for an Office Manager or Assistant.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Office Assistant and HR admin for the FMCG cinema company include but are not limited to;

  • Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, placing orders, and answering calls
  • Collating expenses, completing expense forms and submitting these to Finance for payment
  • Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary
  • Planning and booking of all staff travel (trains/flights/taxis) and hotels
  • Arranges meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments
  • Updating information in our employee database, scanning and uploading documents
  • Help prepare for new starters
  • Ad hoc HR and Payroll duties as and when required

Profile

The successful candidate would have/be;

  • Previous experience within Office Management
  • Travel booking
