We have a fantastic 12 month contract starting in January with the potential to become permanent with one of our top clients based in stunning new offices in the West End.
You will be working with one of the UK's leading boutique private equity firms based in the heart of Mayfair.
They are looking for an Operations Assistant to assist with a versatile role involving HR, operations, office management and PA duties.
Duties will include:
- HR duties such as organising inductions, ongoing training schedules, sickness cover for reception, recording absences and holiday requests
- Being the first point of call for general office break downs / facilities queries and directing them to relevant suppliers/departments
- Assisting the Operations Director with sourcing suppliers when the need arises
- Processing supplier invoices
- PA duties such as diary and travel management for 2 managing partners
- Organising Company events and the internal Christmas party
It's massively important that this person is a self starter, well presented, is willing to muck in and can support the Managing Partners when the PA is on holiday.
This is a great opportunity to work with a well established and professional company including great work perks and an office gym.
