Description

This City of London boutique Investment Bank is looking for a temp to perm top quality, highly professional and polished Team Assistant/Office Junior. You will need a confident and articulate manner and be a good team player to join a team of 4 PA's and Receptionist. Duties will include answering calls and taking accurate messages, organising conference calls and video conferences, ordering stationary and supplies and and preparing refreshments for meetings, data entry, printing and binding and assisting the PA's with organising large events and charity dinners.

The ideal candidate for this City of London Boutique Investment Bank is looking for a temp to perm top quality, highly professional and polished Team Assistant/Office Junior. You will be polished, profession and with warm and approachable nature, able to work in a demanding environments with high standards and tight deadlines, excellent interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels. Ability to using initiative and plan ahead with a 'can do attitude and a team spirit with a sense of humour.
