Monday-Wednesday (job share)

£40k-£43k pro rata
Our client a successful financial services group, are looking for a part time PA who can help support the Management Committee and senior team members. This role requires a high level of executive support where you can contribute to the effectiveness of the day-to-day operations and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management
- Travel Arrangements
- Booking meeting rooms
- Minute taking
- Invoices
- Coordinate annual staff performances
- Creating and maintain correspondence and record files
- Screen calls/incoming mail - be an effective gatekeeper
- Compose and prepare internal/external correspondence in addition to maintaining, answering and routing correspondence not requiring manager's attention
- Collating and preparing for presentations and meetings
- Providing adhoc support
The Candidate
- Substantial experience of operating in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Organisation skills, with strong background in managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive and forward think can do attitude.
- Excellent MS office skills essential
- Team player
- Proactive
