* Experience working in a phone based role is essential

A legal claims company is looking for a customer service administrator to start on Monday 17th December.

Duties

* Phone calls to customers who have shown an interest in making a claim, asking them to send in their claim forms
* Updating the database
* Liaising with an internal team
* Emails and admin duties
