I am currently looking for a competant Receptionist/Administrator to work in a creative Tech company in the West end.
As one of our candidates, you will usually be moving around from site to site as and when needed for ad hoc days however over this period we also have a lot of consistent leave to cover so you might very well remain at one site only for a substantial stretch of time. You must be flexible to work in January and we are looking for candidates with an immediate start and we will be able to provide consistent work through till around the end of May.
The ideal candidate will have had previous Reception/admin experience. Responsibilities include: first point of contact, meeting and greeting, answering external calls and responding to enquiries, maintain an organised filing system of all relevant information, liaise with core office departments including facilities, catering and human resources, taking control of diary management and travel coordination, organising travel; booking couriers; franking post; booking meeting rooms; managing expenses and confidence with Microsoft packages.
This role will suit someone who is motivated to be a positive part of the dynamic and fast moving company culture. We want committed individuals with a strong attention to detail and a diplomatic, resilient approach. All in all a great communicator, that can make an excellent first impression, with the opportunity to grow within the business!
