Operations and Front of House Manager for an incredible company based in South East London. Seeking someone who has has management experience, is able to build a strong relationships, strong administrative skills and enjoys a fast paced and challenging role.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 06:00pm

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Culture: Vibrant, friendly, professional and a great team spirit

Job Description:

  • Managing the building with over 150 tenants
  • Building strong working relationships with the tenants and colleagues
  • Managing the facilities, budgets and contractors for the building
  • Able to manage adhoc projects relating to the new building
  • Managing two Junior Receptionists
  • Working closely with the Directors in implementing and improving processes within the businesses

Personals skills and attributes:

  • Organised, hard working and excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about providing an excellent service for clients
  • Management experience
  • Strong IT skills and comfortable on all Microsoft packages
