Customer Service Executive - drinks start up!

This role is a superb entry level job working for a fun, dynamic drinks company as Customer Service Executive. 

You would join a growing business who have an excellent reputation, taking inbound enquiries from their clients via email and telephone, with some management of their social media account. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will receive excellent training and have the chance to build up a lovely rapport with customers and be engaging and creative!

The ideal candidate will be bubbly, bright and enthusiastic with a lovely telephone manner, exceptional written English and a good sense of humour! 

There is plenty of scope for progression in this fabulous company. This role would suit a recent graduate or someone who has completed A levels and has some customer service experience. Any experience with Shopify would be a huge plus, but is by no means essential!
