Our growing International law firm client are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join their HR team and be the first point of contact for all Directors, Head of Department and Managers within Business Services. Duties will include acting as a trusted advisor to this group and advise on resourcing, financial performance against budgets, individual performance, talent management and employee welfare issues, ensuring each teams Talent plans are aligned to the firm’s strategy, analysing results of annual engagement survey and sharing key themes with teams, creating a plan of action and build on the feedback, managing, supervising and supporting the development of the Talent Advisor assigned to these Business Groups, taking the lead on resolving complex ER issues that create significant risk to the firm, effectively managing risk, ensuring the ER principles, polices, practices and procedures are clearly communicated and understood within the firm, applying formal performance review, disciplinary and grievance procedures as necessary, Partner with Directors to ensure strategic workforce planning, skills audits and commercial hiring decisions are made to deliver the firms strategic agenda, working closely with the Resourcing team to advise on recruitment for teams: including job specifications, interviewing as necessary and assisting with right to work queries. Candidates must have previous Recruitment and Employee relations experience within a legal or professional services environment, the core hours for this role are 9.30am – 5.30pm.
