Job Description 

  • Key member of Admin Team
  • Liaising on a day to day basis on the phone and face to face
  • Booking appointments
  • Keeping admin up to date
  • Liaising with clients by email and telephone
  • Raising  paperwork and contracts
  • Updating daily systems
  • General filing
  • Answering the main office phones

You will need

  • Competence in Word and Excel
  • Confident communicator
  • A good telephone manner and fluent English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • To be enthusiastic, hard working and eager to learn new skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • A flexible 'muck in ' approach
  • Presentable appearance
  • Good with people
  • Good sense of humour
  • Friendly and enjoy working in a fun office
