One of our clients in the West End of London who are looking to recruit a professional Receptionist to provide temporary cover on an ongoing basis.

Your key duties will include meeting and greeting guests; booking meeting rooms; making travel arrangements; keeping reception and meeting rooms tidy; answering and directing phone calls as necessary; looking after catering and equipment needs; logging maintenance calls; facilitating taxi, cleaning, catering, plants, and flowers; invoicing and accounts; as well as general administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will come from a Private Equity/Financial Services background with corporate reception exposure. An early career history within industry sectors which demand high levels of customer service is also desirable. You will have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, strong customer service skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and the ability to work under pressure.
