We are recruiting an Executive Administrator to join an expanding Leadership Development Consultancy based in Hammersmith. The ideal candidate would be someone looking to expand and learn and this is a very exciting time to join the company.

The role will include administrative and financial work. Duties will include, but will not be restricted to:

  • Arranging and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Organising in-house events
  • Greet clients, screening and directing phone calls
  • Adding projects to the company database
  • Undertaking financial tasks such as raising and assisting with invoices
  • Maintaining petty cash spreadsheet
  • Help maintain company social media accounts
  • Assisting and organising production of marketing materials
