Page Personnel are representing an international Asset Management firm in their search for an Office Manager and Receptionist. This is a great opportunity to work within Financial Services, in a boutique environment. Due to growth within the company, my client are looking to hire someone as soon as possible. This will be a dual role, with the main weighting of the candidates time being spent in the Office Manager capacity, however duties will extend to covering Reception.

Office Manager and Reception (Part Time):

Roles and duties:

  • Ensuring the office is running smoothly and all office facilities are maintained
  • Ordering and monitoring the use of stationary
  • Liaising and managing office contracts and pricing for contractors
  • Ensuring a clear desk policy
  • Ensuring security standards in the office
  • Training new starters and providing refresher training
  • Covering other EA's if necessary
  • PAT testing
  • Supporting office Lease renewal
  • Meeting and Greeting guests
  • Managing and maintaining meeting rooms

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • Previous Financial Services experience
  • Willing to work on a part-time, flexible basis
  • Able to get to Green Park, West London
  • Working knowledge of the above duties

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid between £15 and £18 per hour depending on experience
