Executive Assistant

FRENCH SPEAKING EA TO CEO OFFICE - ASSET MANAGEMENT - 12 MONTH MAT COVER.

Our client, ranked amongst the top Asset Managers, with a proven track record over 20 years is looking for  a fluent French speaking Executive Assistant to provide efficient, high standard administrative support to the CEO and their office.

Key Responsibilities include:  

• Gatekeeper to the CEO 
• Extensive international travel and diary management - supporting the CEO’s work schedule with effective planning and maintenance of diaries 
• Research and preparation of meeting materials
• Expenses management  
• Maintaining filing and managing documentation

What they are looking for:

The role would suit someone coming out of another boutique finance company or someone looking to leave investment banking and work for a smaller team.  10+ years EA experience ideal.

Package:

• 12 month Maternity contract, full-time role  
• Salary: up to £60,000 + per annum (depending upon EA and finance experience) plus and a yearly discretionary performance-based bonus  
• Annual leave: 28 days per annum plus the 8 days bank holiday
