My client, a leading Technology company based in the heart of the city, are looking for an administrator that would like to be trainined into an office manager.The successful candidate will have gained a minimum of a years experience providing office support within professional services. The Role
- Assisting with management of the office budget
- Assisting with health and safety including the office alarm system, fire safety and first aid
- You’ll allocate office keys, security fobs and locks and provide updates to the asset register
- Assisting with on boarding and inducting new starters
- Providing support to executives including diary management and meeting coordination
- Assist with HR administration
- A minimum of one years office experience ideally within professional services
- Able to prioritise work load and think on your feet
- Great attention to detail
- CRM database experience
- First-aid certificate is a bonus
