A global corporate investment company are seeking for a Danish or Swedish speaking Team Assistant to join their thrilling team in their remarkable London based office.
This role requires an experienced Danish or Swedish speaking Team Assistant with exposure in working within a corporate organisation, providing support and taking initiative in all aspects.

The successful Danish or Swedish speaking Team Assistant will be supporting the Bankers by assisting with all kinds of queries, preparing and organising business travel, managing meetings, diaries as well as managing all administration tasks. Your role as a Team Assistant will also be providing support to different divisions within the company. The Danish or Swedish speaking Team Assistant must be a dynamic team player, who will have a strong attention to detail, take initiative in addressing challenging tasks. You must have proven experience within the Financial or Banking sector and be able to work well in a fast paced environment.

Profile

  • Fluent in Danish or Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience working as a PA, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant or Team Secretary
  • Proven experience in the finance or banking sector
  • Experience of supporting senior managers within a professional services environment
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, (e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organised, team-player, accurate, friendly
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail, ability to work independently
