Strategy Implementation Manager at top International Law Firm: to £65,000

A prestigious International Law Firm is looking to hire a new Strategy Implementation Manager to join the firm on a permanent basis to assist in deploying the strategy for the Retail and Technology pillars of the firm, focusing on the firms key deliverables over the next 3 years.  Responsibilities will include relentless project management - meeting planning with the retail secretary, minuting actions from meetings, tracking stakeholder progress against objectives, reporting back and escalating as necessary, initiating and running existing processes as well as developing and implementing new processes (e.g. research, client development (internal aspect)), the delivery of operational and administrative actions to ensure tasks are completed to established deadlines (e.g. reporting, internal comms, ad hoc tasks), working cross-divisionally with Streams and Teams on delivery aspects, collating monthly reports incorporating stream and team specific content. Due to the broad scope of this role and the growth ambition of the firm, the successful candidate will have exposure to all aspects of the firm's business and functions. The potential for growth within this role is exceptional; successful candidates will only be limited by their own ability and aspiration.  Once established and performing well within the role there will be scope for the successful candidate to take on fuller responsibilities/management of additional tasks and processes in collaboration with the Head of Commercial Practice Management.  Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a law firm, strong communication, written and organisational skills and advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
