**Receptionist/Office manager for central London Global Creative Search company**
 

As the first point of contact for the business we are looking for someone bright and positive, who can pick things up quickly, is super organised with a friendly manner. 

 

 Duties will include: 

  • Answering all calls quickly, efficiently and professionally using a switchboard system;
  • Meeting and greeting clients and candidates;
  • Managing all suppliers (florist, cleaners, office supplies etc.);
  • Managing all subscriptions and accepting all deliveries;
  • Booking and managing all couriers and international post;
  • Liaising with the assistants to manage the meeting room diary; 
  • Taking full responsibility for the management and presentation of the meeting rooms, stationary room, kitchen; ensuring that all office equipment is stocked and all facilities are maintained;
  • Supporting the London team of Assistants: intermediate/advanced Word skills are required as well as excellent spelling, grammar and attention to detail. (Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint would be ideal);
  • Reviewing and approving supply requisitions;
  • Maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement;
  • Assisting with all aspect of Health & Safety, and Fire regulations;
