A super friendly and renowned private clinic based on Harley Street is currently looking for a Clinic Coordinator!
They are a brilliant team of people who really look after their employees. They organise dinners every month and trips every year as well as competitions etc. There is also huge scope for progression and the option to apply for roles internally.
Your role as Clinic Coordinator will be to meet/greet their patients, manage appointments, payments, waiting lists, liaise with the different teams and surgeons, etc! This is a busy role and you will work alongside a wonderful team of Clinic Coordinators.
You must have previous customer service/hospitality experience or cabin crew experience. Degree level ideal.
Please note as the clinic is expanding you will be required to work on Saturdays with a day off in lieu after 3 months and with Sundays off.
Salary up to £25,000 + great benefits :)
