A boutique financial services client with offices across Europe and the US are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join the team to provide support to the London Office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a great Help Desk role with lots of variety and opportunity to get involved with IT projects, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys taking ownership of a problem and able to work independently resolve issues! Typical duties include:
To be successful, you will have two-three years’ experience in a similar Helpdesk role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

This role will pay up to £32k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include:

- First point of contact for Technical issues.
- Supporting Microsoft products, hardware and network equipment.
- Escalating technical issues when required.
- Process tickets and ensure the status of open tickets are followed up in a timely manner.
- Provide support after normal working hours when required.
To be successful, you will have two-three years’ experience in a similar Helpdesk role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Helpdesk Technician
- Experience in corporate environments
- Ability to work outside of normal work hours when required.
- Exposure to Active Directory
- Familiar with Private Circuits, Firewalls, VMWare, SAN, Switches, Routers.
- Good use of initiative
- Efficient problem solver
- Relevant IT qualifications.
This role will pay up to £32k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include:
