The Role
Are you looking for the next step in your administrative career? Do you want to work for a hugely successful internationally renowned telecommunications company? Then this is the role for you! Our client is looking for a self-starter with experience working in admin-based role to join the team. You will be working alongside the office manager as an office assistant but you will be trained up on the job to eventually support 3 senior members of the team as their PA! It is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career! Initially your main role will entail:

Greeting visitors and looking after meetings booked at the officeHelping organise and maintain the office (stationery, kitchen supplies etc)Some accounts workMaintaining and updating paperwork and documentsAssisting with filingHandling incoming callsArranging couriers

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be in initial phases of their career, be exceptionally hardworking and eager to learn. As they are a lovely team, they are looking for someone friendly and personable who will be a pleasure to work alongside.

 

The Benefits
They are offering a salary of up to £35k depending on experience and a benefits package which includes:

6 weeks holiday (30 days)Pension scheme Hours are 9am – 5:30pm
