PA - Mayfair

We have just taken on an exciting opportunity for a PA to work for one of the most prestigious private equity firms in the world in their London office in the heart of Mayfair.

You will be part of a friendly, cohesive team who work extremely closely together. They want a friendly, enthusiastic and proactive PA who will really get involved and easily integrate themselves with the team. They are looking for a PA who is always one step ahead, resilient and able to manage upwards when necessary.

This PA role will require you to support a team of six including two Senior Vice Presidents, two Vice Presidents and two Associates. The two Senior VPs will take up the majority of your time and the two Associates are relatively self-sufficient. You will be responsible for managing their busy diaries, organising travel, putting together expenses and any general administration including the chance to get involved with projects.

The core hours are 9-5:30pm and they are offering a fantastic salary of up to £42K depending on experience in addition to a competitive benefits package including a discretionary bonus, private health care, free breakfast and lunch and much more!
