PA - the City

We have just taken on an exciting role for a PA to join an financial services firm based in the City.

The role will be supporting a team of between 6 - 8 professionals, ranging from MD level to Analysts. Your main duties will include managing busy diaries, booking international travel and fielding incoming calls, as well as any other ad-hoc requests which will come up from time to time.

The client needs a PA who can demonstrate a high level of commitment, has great attention to detail and is a team player with a positive attitude. You should also be pro-active and not afraid to think two steps ahead in order to make your team’s life run smoother. In order to be successful in this role, you must have experience as a PA, ideally supporting small teams. Experience working within the alternative investment sector would definitely be advantageous.
