The Role
We have just take on a fantastic 12 month maternity cover contract for a star Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This is due to start the second week of January 2019. The position is in a lovely boutique office of 5 people where you will be the sole support staff so you will be the lynch-pin of the office and will need to be able to prioritise efficiently.

 

As Executive Assistant you will be in charge of assisting the two Managing Directors with traditional support which includes but is not limited to: diary, travel, expenses, booking appointments, meeting rooms and meeting and greeting all clients. As the Office Manager you will be in charge of the day to day running of the office as well as facilities and financial assistance.

To be successful in this role you will be an excellent multi-tasker, unflappable, driven and have a high attention to detail and desire to offer excellent service.
