The Partner heading up the HR practice recruits at Board and senior Executive level positions, the role is extremely high profile and requires gravitas, good business acumen and diplomacy.

The Partner is also involved in a range of company initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, has been in the business for many years and is a highly respected and well- known name in the industry.

Alongside the traditional Executive Assistant tasks, the role will also incorporate extensive candidate and client management, ensuring all assignments run smoothly and keeping the Partner in the loop through the process.
