Executive Assistant– Executive Search Consultancy in the West End!

An exciting 1:1 EA role supporting a partner who works with high profile clients within the financial services arena and whose stakeholders are all Board Level. Looking for someone with strong relationship building skills, and the ability to juggle numerous tasks and be on top of it all.

Looking for a bright, diligent EA who has operated at tremendous pace, in a client focussed environment and is accustomed to a role with high expectations. Not a 9 - 5 role so the EA must be prepared to work out of hours when required.

Must have excellent written and spoken English.

The role purpose is to facilitate the smooth running of search assignments which includes extensive diary management, client and candidate relationship management; and creation of high quality documents. Ideally must have an executive search or professional services background. 

They require an Executive Assistant to fully assist the Partner  in each search process and build up a good understanding of the specific requirements of each client.

EA key duties:

·Extensive and complex diary management and logistics – liaise with clients and candidates throughout the process

·Utilising the database to update all information on an on-going basis

·Produce reports and high standard presentations for client pitches

·Produce accurate documentation, take meeting notes and action points

·Build up great relationships both internally and externally to maximise the scope of the position

·Managing expenses and accounts

·Collating and organising reports

·Producing high level of PowerPoint presentations

·Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software - including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
