VWA Search has taken on a fantastic Team Assistant opportunity to join a leading Investment Management firm based in the West End, supporting a small team of professionals.

This is a global business with offices around the global and 50 people in London. The team has cultivated a collaborative and non-hierarchical culture and the company is a market leader in its industry. Due to internal movement, we are now recruiting a new Team Assistant position to support a highly driven team of professionals.

As Team Assistant you will be a true gate-keeper for the team and responsibilities will include:

• Diary management and scheduling
• Travel arrangements
• Expenses management
• Document preparation
• Ad hoc tasks

This Team Assistant role will allow you to support on a successful division and in a fast-paced environment. With that in mind, applicants will need considerable experience in a similar role and from a finance background. You will need to be highly efficient, organised, helpful and able to handle pressurised situations.
