We are working on a fabulous, Receptionist opportunity to join a growing private equity house. The business is experiencing great success and this is an exciting time to join the London office.

This is a hybrid Receptionist position with office administration responsibilities. Working as part of a small team, your duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing meeting rooms and refreshments
  • Announcing guests
  • Office management
  • Travel arrangements and hotel bookings for the team
  • Other ad hoc duties.

The successful Receptionist/Office Administrator will have a team-orientated and flexible approach, where no task is too big or too small. The client will be looking for someone who has a positive attitude, approachable coupled with excellent communication skills. As Receptionist/Office Administrator, this is an ambassadorial role and will be client-facing.

Core hours will be 9am - 5 however you should be flexible to work beyond these hours where appropriate.

Salary will be dependent on experience up to a maximum of £32K with additional benefits package and a discretionary bonus.
