HR Coordinator for international tech consultancy - £32 – 35,000, Farringdon / Clerkenwell
Busy and varied HR Coordinator role for a successful, growing tech consultancy. This is a new role and a great opportunity for a candidate with around 2 years’ HR / Recruitment experience to work closely with the HR Director and a team of Recruiters. You will join a great team of friendly, professional colleagues in open-plan offices in Farringdon / Clerkenwell / Old Street.
The role
As HR Coordinator you will have one direct report to manage (HR Assistant) plus a great deal of scope to develop the company’s graduate recruitment program – arranging events and attending conferences / fairs. You will also be involved with:
- Issuing and renewing contracts
- Coordinate L&D
- Develop HR policies including employee engagement and wellbeing
- Assist with social media
The candidate
You will need good MS Office and general IT skills as well as a degree and previous HR experience (2+ years). Young team and an established business whose headcount will grow by c. 100 people in the coming year.
Salary and benefits
- £32 – 35,000 depending on experience
