A small, but fantastic finance company based in Mayfair are looking for a temporary (around 6 months) Receptionist/Office assistant – THAT COULD POTENTIALLY GO PERM.

You will be working with a tight knit, lovely team and in a fantastic working environment! The right fit is key! They like candidates who have their own passion outside of work, Self-motivated, are personable and a team player! Yet can work solo in a heads down co-operate environment.

This is a varied and busy Receptionist/ Office Assistant role and duties will include;

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering calls
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Helping with office events
  • Back up support to the PA team - including organising travel
  • General office administration
  • Ad hoc duties, including ordering lunches and ensuring the office is always well maintained.
  • Reporting to the COO – some PA duties when needed.

NEED TO INTERVIEW ON MONDAY THE 15TH OF OCTOBER.  And to start ASAP.
