Our client is seeking an experienced, reliable and task-oriented PA on a fixed term contract for 1 year maternity cover to start in January 2019.

Description
As PA you will work directly with the senior leadership team and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. You will ideally be self-motivated, professional and capable of managing your own work load and prioritising tasks. You will also be experienced in managing individuals or a small team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Organising and scheduling meetings
- Preparation of meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings
- Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation for senior leadership and other staff members
- Manage travel itineraries for senior leadership team
- Manage the diaries and schedules of senior leadership team
- Communicate with Board Members, schedule Board Meetings, and arrange meeting agendas
- Processing expenses for senior leadership team
- Liaise with clients, customers and business guests
- Solve simple IT problems and contact the IT department when necessary
- Maintain electronic filing system, ensuring processes are up to date and in working order
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments, including IT, HR, sales, marketing, operations, research and development
- Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior leadership
Profile
For success in this role you will have experience in the following:
- Coordinating video and audio conference calls
- Microsoft Excel, Office, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Administrative support
- Calendar management
- Organising Meetings
- Travel arrangements
- Event planning
- Processing expenses
- Taking meeting minutes
- Processing telephone calls and requests
Job Offer
