Sector Support Manager
Who will you be working for?
Our client is a highly successful and well recognised company working as an assessment board within higher education. Our client specialises in the arts in particular and is passionate about pushing students careers to the next level!
What will you be doing?
- Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts and ensuring they receive excellent service
- Devise and implement strategies for key account customers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working with the Marketing and Communications team to assist on campaigns
- Manage the on-boarding process for new centres
- Seeking feedback from customers and seeing where improvements can be made for a better service
About you?
The ideal candidate will have worked in a customer service or administration role within the performing arts/music/drama sector. It would be very important you have great communication skills and are able to be organised in managing your time.
