 We are recruiting for a fabulous new role. One of our favourite clients a specialist fittings company, who we have worked with for years, is looking for a Health and Safety Office Administrator to come and join their team.


General day to day duties will include:

  • Provide support with the day-to-day administration duties across Health and Safety and generally across the office
  • Arrange to book of Health and Safety courses and training
  • Ensure each employee’s Health and Safety training is kept up-to-date
  • Monitor, maintain and review PPE and uniform stock levels, ordering and issuing to team members
  • Be the main support for all Health and Safety administration tasks
  • Order stationery for the office
  • Maintain stock of supplies for printers
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing post and parcels, arranging couriers and deliveries as required
  • Assist with general office administration duties
  • Assist project administrators with uploading of project documentation to CRM system
  • Ensure the office is kept tidy and presentable
  • Assist with any ad hoc requests

You must have proven experience in a supporting / office management role must be able to thrive working in a small, dynamic team, have acute attention to detail, be flexible and adaptable, have excellent communication skills, display initiative with strong problem-solving skills.
