Our client, a well-established Financial Services firm based in the West End is now recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to embrace this all-encompassing hybrid role – pivotal ‘go to’ person for fast paced but collaborative culture
Responsibilities:
- Managing office maintenance, repairs and engineering works across the building
- Managing vendors, contractors and suppliers, sourcing quotes
- Project management for office refurbishment projects
- Act as first point of contact for all enquiries, suppliers etc.
- Maintain corporate service calendars, audits
- Preparing corporate services budget for the office
- Managing seating plan, preparing and overseeing internal team moves and office layout alterations
- People management
- Health & Safety: setting up First Aid Training
- On-boarding/off-boarding of joiners and leavers, providing training
- Managing Expenses approval process
- Point of contact for Travel provider
- General administration; filing, archiving, managing internal systems
- Managing highly confidential information
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with ability to build relationships at all levels
- Previous Office Management experience within Financial Services advantageous
- Proactive self-starter and problem solver
- Resourceful, organised, flexible and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively while meeting deadlines
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
