Our client, a well-established Financial Services firm based in the West End is now recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to embrace this all-encompassing hybrid role – pivotal ‘go to’ person for fast paced but collaborative culture


  • Managing office maintenance, repairs and engineering works across the building
  • Managing vendors, contractors and suppliers, sourcing quotes
  • Project management for office refurbishment projects
  • Act as first point of contact for all enquiries, suppliers etc.
  • Maintain corporate service calendars, audits
  • Preparing corporate services budget for the office
  • Managing seating plan, preparing and overseeing internal team moves and office layout alterations
  • People management
  • Health & Safety: setting up First Aid Training
  • On-boarding/off-boarding of joiners and leavers, providing training
  • Managing Expenses approval process
  • Point of contact for Travel provider
  • General administration; filing, archiving, managing internal systems
  • Managing highly confidential information


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Previous Office Management experience within Financial Services advantageous
  • Proactive self-starter and problem solver
  • Resourceful, organised, flexible and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively while meeting deadlines
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
