This role would suit a candidate who enjoys high responsibility, has a great work ethic and strong initiative.


  • Responsible for optimising the time of the CEO, COO and Head of Business Development
  • Extensive diary and travel management
  • Assisting the Marketing team with presentations
  • Secretarial support; preparation of agendas, meetings packs, taking minutes
  • Personal Assistant support ranging from optimising meeting schedules, assisting with personal travel, appointments and property management
  • Managing the on boarding and off boarding of employees
  • Receiving guests
  • Managing office maintenance


  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role; PA, EA, Office Manager
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail/accuracy
  • Strong initiative and diplomatic approach to problem solving
  • Professional and personable in dealings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work flexible hours when necessary in support of high priority actions or remote staff
