A prestigious international law firm is looking to hire a new IT Learning Coach/Trainer to join the London office on a permanent basis being Responsible for classroom,1:1 and web based training sessions, eLearning and course content design, providing day to day IT learning support for the business. Responsibilities will include providing effective and professional induction training to new staff on standard and customised applications using a variety of delivery methods, providing remote training using web or video conferencing tools for the purpose of raising skill levels and delivering short customised training sessions and programmes, design, create and maintain high quality interactive and engaging learning materials including eLearning, videos, tip-sheets, animations and user guides, work alongside SMEs or stakeholders to identify training needs and to analyse the scope and requirements of courses to ensure that the design meets the learning objectives, analyse the quality and effectiveness of delivered training using assessment and feedback reports, complete quality assurance testing and piloting of learning content integrating user feedback into the design, to assist in administrative tasks such as dealing with requests for support and training and maintaining the LMS, administrate the firm's internal MOS programme including processing new registrations, preparing welcome packs, booking test appointments, liaising with delegates and communicating with our suppliers, participate in regular floor walking and where appropriate provide at-desk application support, or remote screen sharing to help colleagues across all locations, to participate in all training aspects of IT projects that impact the business, maintain an up-to-date knowledge of existing technologies in use and learn new systems or improvements to current software as required, be committed to developing their own personal and professional skills through a variety of methods such as training and networking etc.  Candidates must have a minimum of two years training experience within a law firm, strong DMS and Microsoft office experience and the ability to manage and deliver training IT projects.
