Our client is a busy and growing interior design practice based in SW London who are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and energetic individual to join their team. It is a really varied and exciting role, helping to run the retail side of the business, maintaining the smooth running of the office and assisting with PA duties for the Directors when required. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, confident and pro-active with good communication skills.

Duties will include:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office and shop
  • Manage filing systems
  • Assist with HR duties and process staff expenses
  • Deal with all correspondence and enquiries
  • Deal with with any press enquires, image requests and product loans
  • Organise and attend events
  • Manage office and shop budgets
  • Oversee the stock control
  • Initiate and implement changes to improve sales
  • Liaise with the Directors on shop merchandising and product development
  • Assist with accounts and liaise with external book keeper and accountant
  • PA duties for the Directors such as organising meetings, booking travel & accommodation

It is a very client facing role and you must be comfortable working under-pressure with good attention to detail and a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude. This is a great 1st or 2nd job for someone with a love of all things interiors, looking for a varied and exciting role.

Hours: 9.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: £23-28k depending on experience
