Due to continued growth my client is looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor with a good understanding of the residential sector, to work within their Cost Consultancy team based at its office in South East London/Kent. This Multi-Discipline Construction Consultancy has been around since 1970 and employs over 160 people. The Consultancy operates out of four office locations across the South of England.

Your new role

Your new role will include a wide variety of exciting projects for their Public Sector Clients, covering both pre and post contract duties (from feasibility costs to agreement of final account) on both refurbishment and new build schemes ranging in value from £50,000 to £100m. You will be utilising and supporting junior cost consultants.

What you'll need to succeed

• Educated to degree level and RICS or CIOB qualified status
• Capable of running projects from inception to completion with limited assistance
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-directed and forward thinking
