Are you ready to unleash your first-class PA, organisational and research skills working for a friendly and close-knit team of Partners within a high-ranking law firm? Based in the Knowledge Management division, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities dealing with coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and papers, diary management and working on ad hoc projects to support the team. Due to the nature of the work involved, this would ideally suit a confident and proactive individual who can maintain and develop both internal and external client relationships, but equally be the soul of discretion for confidential and data sensitive information. The ideal candidate will need to be meticulous and tenacious in order to meet strict deadlines and will have previously worked in the Legal Sector, be educated to A’ Level standard or equivalent and is looking to ‘add value’ and grow within this evolving team.

As a PA in Knowledge Management, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing PA and high administrative support to a small and friendly team of Knowledge Lawyers
  • Full support for its operation includes scheduling meetings, distributing papers and minutes
  • Coordinating meetings, diary management, preparing agendas and organising travel
  • Carrying out legal research for the Knowledge Lawyers
  • Compilation of regular reports to a very high standard
  • Ad hoc projects such as carrying out research for the ongoing development of the division

Personal Competencies:

​You will need to be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, good commercial awareness, business acumen and be one step ahead of the game in this diverse, stimulating and responsible role, taking ownership of decisions and delivering a high-quality service. You will also have:

  • Previous PA experience of working in a fast-paced environment within Legal or Professional Services
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise conflicting workloads and be able to work as part of a team
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge and minimum typing speeds of 60-65wpm
  • Educated to minimum A’ Level standard or equivalent
  • Excellent research and proof-reading skills
