We are currently recruiting for a Team Assistant to join our small within a membership body. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a really strong administrator and who doesn't mind getting stuck in to tasks like booking attendees onto events (we have some large events with over 300 delegates), chasing up outstanding payments, producing letters, dealing with enquires about events, setting up rooms, (occasionally this will involve setting out furniture), and printing packs for seminars, registering and greeting delegates, collating feedback following events, printing name badges, organising couriers, organising travel and accommodation, updating the website, type up minutes from meetings, and various other tasks as required. You will be proactive, self-sufficient, keen to learn and strive to do the best job you can do at all times. In return you will get the opportunity to learn about Employee Share plans, and be involved in some exciting events such as large award ceremonies and conferences and you will get to work with a super team!
