In-house Recruiter

Internal Recruiter 6 weeks + £17-£18 PH (£35K) starting 17TH DECEMBER!!

The candidate MUST have in house experience ideally within media/creative industry with STRONG organisational skills, immaculate attention to detail and have a 'can do' attitude.
The right candidate needs to not be easily intimidated and be able to liaise with the partners as they will be communicating with them at times.


They don't want anyone too corporate, or someone who has worked in a very large organisation or large teams- prefer small teams

Duties

Recruitment support to the Senior Recruitment Business Partner;

Pre-screening candidates from our talent inbox;

Pre-screening referrals;

Managing diaries for interviews, booking meeting rooms and sending invites;

Sending out interview confirmation;

Keeping interview and feedback log up-to-date;

Assisting on reporting analysis;

Posting job adverts on job boards;

Assisting the on-boarding process for new starters;

Overseeing the approval process for new hires and contracts;

Sending out new starter details to new joiners;

Supporting the recruitment team with Graduate Programme, Internship Programme and Apprenticeship Programme;

Conducting and owning all administration surrounding the recruitment activities and events;

Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across all teams;

Marketing collateral/mailshots/response to event invites;

Other ad-hoc duties may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties. Please note, the requirements of this role may change over time and employee may need to be required to comply with all such reasonable changes.
