Your role

This role requires solid administration skills including Advanced Microsoft Office skills. You will need to be polished and professional. Confidentiality is also key in this role. Your ability to remain calm under pressure will see you succeed as you flawlessly organise high profile events and liaise with VIP clients. You will be able to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure to provide high-level support to a busy director and team. In addition, you will have the ability to prioritise tasks and projects to manage your time and client expectations.
